Ramallah – On 16 August 2018, the Independent Commission for Human Rights (ICHR) signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the Teacher Creativity Center (TCC) and Palestinian Education Coalition (PEC) to develop and promote cooperation on issues of relevance to the new education curriculum.
